Did you know that anger is a normal, natural, and healthy emotion? That you can even benefit greatly from listening to your anger? I used to label anger as a bad emotion, that I should never share with anyone. Ever! Of course... it never worked out quite the way I wanted it to ;) It came out eventually on it's own, when I didn't feel like I could hold my tongue any longer. But by then... I would lash out, and say things I regretted.
You can learn how to use your anger to understand yourself better. You can even learn to luv yourself more by doing so. Others too ;) I know I developed more luv for myself by learning how to use my anger in more productive ways. It also helped others feel like I luved them more. So using anger productively was a real win-win in the luv department :) I problem solve better now, and look for solutions. You can too :)
Your anger can actually help you see almost anything as a learning experience. This is my favorite site for dealing productively with my anger. ( http://angriesout.com ) If you have ever said and/or done things you've regretted, out of anger, you might wanna check it out. She makes it all very simple and easy to understand :) All my luv goes out to you as we learn more and more ways to luv ourselves and others more :)

Happiness from Silly Songs :)
Imagine a wonderful time when you were a child, singing silly songs with friends. Maybe you were on a camping trip. How happy were you then? You can get those warm and fuzzy feelings all over again :) Yep, unless you are the Queen of England, you can at least belt out a good old silly song behind closed doors. And even she can sing them in her head ;)
Remember John Jacob Jingleheimer Schmidt? How about Michael Finnegan..... begin again ;) Who cares if your family and/or friends think you're one great big bowl full of crazy ;) That's half the fun of it :) You can even drive your teenager(s) as crazy as they drive you ;) Oh yes you can! Try "The Song That Never Ends" on for size. Heh heh. Coming to a teenager near you ;) Yes sir, it doesn't even have to be one of your own kids ;)
Try to get your friends and family to sing them with you, for extra good times :) My mother, bless her heart, knew she couldn't carry
a tune to save her life. But she didn't care! It made her happy. I myself sing off tune on purpose sometimes. You might wanna try it too. It's quite liberating :) Go ahead and "...sing like no one is listening." If I happen to be around when you do, I will definately join in on the fun :) I wish you peace, luv and lots and lots of happiness :)
